Angeles Group, LLC is an experienced development firm whose objective is to fully develop underutilized properties throughout Los Angeles and provide quality, distinctive, urban housing affordable by middle income households.

Our executives have over 20 years of extensive real estate development, construction, investment, and management experience. This experience enables Angeles Group to approach complex or opportunistic situations with a community perspective, allowing them to quickly understand the transaction, thus creatively structuring a solution.

Managing Partners– John Joire and Adam O'Neill

The Angeles Group is managed by Adam O'Neill and John Joire, two experienced real estate developers whose projects have been mainly focused in the urban core of Los Angeles. The company has a unique team approach for conducting strategic market analysis, economic analysis and value engineering to increase property and portfolio returns and improve neighborhoods.

Adam and John have combined twenty years experience in real estate, construction, and development. They have been recognized as socially responsible developers by The Office of Los Angeles City Attorneys, American Dream Program, and partnered with them to further develop nuisance properties throughout the city. They have seen first hand how quality and innovative developments can create a positive impact on the community in these targeted areas.

Equity Partner– Westport Capital Partners, LLC

The Angeles Group is supported by our equity partner Westport Capital Partners LLC who shares our interest and vision in quality housing in Southern California. Westport invests and manages funds on behalf of institutional investors for the purpose of pursuing a broad range of real estate investment opportunities.
